needles

I got some indiglo gauges, and my needles are white. What can I do to make the needles more visable? I have heard some people talk about spray painting them black. Does that really work well? is there some other needles I could get. any help would be great. Thanks

I'd paint them orange. if you don't trust yourself you could nab some orange needles off a 89-91 base t-bird.

Perhaps you should try some of that neon paint that responds to blacklights, or even better, the glowing flourescent paint..
