Fan and Powder-coating

I want to buy a good condition fan for my DIC (double intercooler) I thought I was buying the DIC with the fan but it did not come with, so I need one, also looking for someone that does powder-coating in the NJ area, thanks
 
I've got one of the fans. Do you just need the fan, or do you need the shroud that it bolts to as well?
 
Depends on whether you want the fan and the shroud or just the fan, but I'm not looking to get rich. Let's say $30 shipped for both.
