Well they take ordianry cars and make somethign cool out of them, but it has to still look like a car from the ouside, somethign like that/ last one i saw, they took one of those older impalas and turned it into those things that resurface the ice at hockey rinks,, i forget what theyre called. they have a budget and stuff so they cant spend more than a certain amount turning the car into what they want-- check i tout and watch one, its interesting.
