Conventional brake swap question...

I have a question. If I was going to switch to conventional brakes on my 89 SC, and had access to a 93 SC parts car, could I simply take the brake master cylinder and brake booster from the 93 SC and pipe in my existing brake lines to the 93 ABS master cylinder and just cap off the big pipe that goes to the 93 ABS module? Would that not give me conventional brakes with vacuum boost or am I missing something?

For the conversion, is the 93 Crown Vic master cylinder preferred? Will my proposed conversion work?

I've heard that it would work with some creative brake line routing....

The LX uses a cross braking brake system (LF and RR) and (RF and LR)....

The CV also has both brake lines coming from the engine side of the MC which makes brake line routing a little easier.....

The LX MC has an extra port on the other side of the MC that will make one of the brake lines run pretty close to the fender well and shock tower....
