89 sc new shocks

Ford doesn't carry the original shock any more and they were like $259.00 each when they did. The only other alternative that I am aware of, if you want to keep the original ARC is the Tokico Lumina II's around $450.00 for the set of four.
If you are going to ditch the ARC then there are a pretty wide variety of shock/struts you can choose from depending on money available and what you want to do with it.

Tokico made the OEM ARC shocks, and still are the only option available if you want to stay with ARC
YES. Mine came with a lifetime warranty. FWIW.

Well, sounds like I'm going with the only ones available to retain arc. I mean whats a supercoupe without it? That was one of the cool things I envied of my buddies SC when I had an LX. My car rides horrible, I thought it was the 17" wheels until I compared with the 95 after buying it and it has 17's also. Only difference is that the 95 has brand new tokico's on it and is lower 1.5 inches. You would think its ride would be worse than the 89.

KYB's suk. It sounds like a hammer banging over every bump....
I have had no problems with my KYB's at all. The only complaint is that they are a little softer then the stock shocks.
