Last Post Date going odd

I've noticed today, and probably yesterday that the Last Post date in the thread header is getting screwed up. It's causing threads that haven't had a new post in months to show up in the todays posts search, as well as highlighted as new posts since last logon.

for example this threadhttp://www.sccoa.com/forums/showthread.php?t=113793 shows new post today at 11:38, but really hasn't been new for a while.

I believe the "Polls" get updated everytime somebody votes, not just when there is a reply.
