I am in the process of fixing the car that my son had, '93 SC, and need to know if doors from any year model will work or if I need to stay with certain years.
Thank you for all the help.

How about from any T-Bird, 89-97?

I don't think Ford changed anything chassis wise that would prevent your from using any 89-97 door. Nor sure if the 94-97 door shell on the outside is exactly the same as the 89-93's though. Might want to google some pics.

The only thing is that a non-SC door won't have the tabs for the ground effects bracket to clip on. You could easily rivet them on though, so solve that problem. Also, a 96/97 door will have a bunch of holes in it for the body side cladding, so unless you want to weld up a bunch of holes, stay away from a 96/97 door. Other than those 2 things, there are no differences between any of the 89-97 doors.

Mike Puckett can get you a fiberglass door if memory serves me correctly.

Yes, the Cougar doors will work.....
But you will have the same situation as an LX door....
