Below's a link to a short video that I put together from Saturday night's Thunderbird meet at Rockingham. I wasn't sure where to post this since there is no photo/video forum, so I'll post it here.

It's 6:27 long and has several videos in it mostly shot with the GoPro Hero HD camera. The weather wasn't the greatest; density altitude was 2806 feet, but we had a good time.

This was a rare meet of some very powerful cars; two Vortech 4.6L cars and a SVO 4.6L. Combined power of these three cars was on the order of 1,200 HP!

Turn your speakers up. I hope you like ...

Nice runs, was it getting cooler as you ran the 3 runs? Your car got faster each time so that's why I ask. That camera angle was pretty neat in the first 2 races because you could see the car in the other lane but in the third video you don't see nothing because you got spanked...........:D

Thanks. Yea, it was cooling down as the night progressed. And yes, LOL, I got spanked badly in the last run. Rob's car is much faster than mine. He has the Vortech SC, a built bottom end and more agressive cams than I do.

He figured out during the runs that night that he's exceeeded the flow capacity of the stock PI heads. He's now switching to the new Trick Flow heads and will be even faster and more powerful!

You can see the suspension move up and down during your staging....

Do you have any pictures showing how/where you have the camera mounted on the car?

Thanks Everyone.

Sorry its taken so long to get back to you.

Right (or Left) front quarter pannel; or any flat surface on the car. The camera sits in a plastic housing. The mouting bracket is attached with a 3" suction cup. It's very strong and is rated to 200 MPH. The camera is the GoPro Hero HD.

I recently made a new drag racing video of our runs at the Joel Bender Memorial Nationals meet in West VA. Check out that video in this thread:
