any pick n pull type place will have them pretty cheap. I bought the full rear end out of a low mileage car for under $200
 
I found a guy on ebay selling 3.08 mark aluminum rear ends and I bought a pumpkin off him for $150 shipped...

now all I need is an auburn pro diff ~$400

The Shreveport U-Auto-Pull-Its quote $150 for the whole subframe for a Mark VII or VIII or a MN12.

So, yah, possibly.

(I asked to get cores to rebuild so I could swap arms in quickly on Sweetie's car. Never did, but still ... )

yea i guess your right, i was thinking a cobra one, you wont touch that for 200 just because it says mustang they jack the price on it no matter what it is.
 
If you want a complete built one with traction lock I can help. I have been collecting parts to build up a bunch of diffs over the winter to fill in the slow months.
