I have a few things I need to part with, as I went back to a V8 'bird.

94-95 BHJ Balancer, brand new never installed. *SOLD*

94-95 5-sp console top in really good shape. $200 shipped REDUCED

5% overdrive pulley (can't remember if it is 94-95 specific, but it was ordered for that car) Also never installed. *SOLD*

Tokico shocks for the SC ~8k or so. Some scratches from installation, but just paint. *SOLD*

I'll ship via FedEx (with tracking #) to the lower 48 states, or I can knock a few bucks off if you wanna swing out and pick them up. I'll post pics soon. I take PayPal, so drop me a PM and I will give you the e-mail address to send the $ to.

Thanks for looking,

Nate

I forgot the part number, but it's the set that utilizes the stock ARC system. They worked well when I had them on my SC.

Sorry the console top is a but dusty, I've been hanging onto it for a couple years now. I think it's time to let it go to someone that will actually use it!

Nate

The Tokico shocks for the SC DID use the SC hard/soft actuators?

There are some out there that do, yes.

The Tokico Illumina IIs.

These did use the SC actuators to switch between soft and firm. They worked flawlessly.

This overdrive pulley is the jackshaft pulley.

It's this one:

Nate,

I often wonder if I'd be happier with a V8 Bird. I get about 23-24 mpg with my '90 SC on the highway, but 15 or less in the city (I do much more city driving). I do like the electronic ride control, but I also like less complexity, as in a V8 'Bird.

Just out of curiousity, why do you prefer a V8 'Bird? Thanks.

I had a '95 automatic 'bird, but it had an aftermarket moon roof poorly installed. I got quotes to fix it or replace it, but it was so big that the only thing that would fit was the same lousy unit that had failed before, and that was over $1k. So I tried one of those sliding roofs (like this), and it completely ruined the car. It was so loud on the highway, it was impossible to have a conversation. It was awful, and sadly, not economically reversible. I ended up finding a PI swapped V8 up in Buffalo NY for a pretty decent price, so I picked it up. Admittedly, I do like the simplicity. I thought the only way to get a good handling MN12 was to go SC, but this car has taught me otherwise. It has engine swapped from a 2002 Exploder, so it has an all aluminum block which shaved some nose weight off. I am very happy, and the V8 sound out of the true dual exhaust.... Pure bliss to me. And the cool part is all my SC parts (gfx, bumpers, and a slew of other things) are getting swapped right over. So, my own poor decision caused me to swing the V8 way, but the simplicity is good, as I am not the best mechanic out there... Hope that answers your question. :)

I haven't found anyone that wants the front struts at the moment. If someone here wants the front struts, I'll take the back ones. I got the front struts from Big-E a month ago. Tryin to hold off from buying new.

How about $115 for the front set, and $115 for the rear set shipped (to lower 48). I threw a few extra $ to offset the extra shipping costs. What do you think?
