K KMT Registered User Oct 30, 2010 #5 Grounds are critical on these cars - the rear bracket doubles as a brace against the torque from the belt/vibration and a ground. Take a look at where that bolt goes inside when you have the alternator off... As noted, pull the coil to gain access...your SC will love you for it
