Converting from AOD to 5-speed M5R2..What is needed?

After much thought on whether to go buy another SC which is a stick, I have decided to just convert my 89 AOD to a 5-speed. Short of the obvious (m5r2 trans, clutch set, flywheel, master and slave cylinders with plumbing, pedal assembly from donor stick car)... What else will I need?

drive shaft transs wire harness console top safety switch
 
i believe from manual to auto your ok but auto to manual you need a retune for the trans or a manual computer. not 100% sure.

you will also need a manual console, pluming for the slave, speedo gear, 4qt mercon 5, new diff carrier bushings. some people like to add friction mod it wont hurt anything but not needed with mercon 5.

manual cause alot of wheel hop on worn rear ends. plan to rebuild the rear end. this will help reduce wheel hop. check the search function and you'll find lots of threads on good ways to rebuild it and some of the best materials to use.

Center console Top w/ Boot ( 94/95 ) - F4SB-63044C74
Dust Boot - Transmission tunnel
Transmission wiring harness
Brake Pedal - not necessary, but annoying
Clutch Pedal Bracket
CPP Sensor
Master Cylinder + Line + Resivoir + Bushing
Clutch Fluid line ( 89-93, 94/95 slightly different )
Slave Cylinder
Throw out Bearing
Pressure Plate + Bolts
Pilot - Bushing on 89-93, Bearing on 94/95
Clutch, 89-93 11", 94/95 11.5"
Flywheel + Bolts, same flywheel, 94/95 uses Locating dowels for Pressure plate
Engine Gasket - between engine / Trans different for Manual
Shifter extension ( 89-93 E9SC-7C605C, 94/95 F4, more angled )
Shift Knob
Transmission X-member - not necessary, differences w/ weight
Transmission Mount Bracket
Transmission Mount - E9SC-6068-AB
Drive shaft -
Rear Differential - 2.73L / 3.27L / 3.31
Passenger Half shaft - Fat shaft on passenger side, Wheel hop
