Once you figure it out, I have actuators AND computers if you need either one.
Probably not the actuator though.
Pull off the actuator and squirt some penetrant(P'Blaster) down in the top of the shock, put the actuator back and and work it through the paces... firm to auto and back over the next day or so.
That SHOULD fix it. Happens alot. While your at it, do the same to the other shocks as well.
