Serpentine belt installation, '94 SC

I am changing the belts on my '94 SC. I got the two inner most belt changed just fine but I cannot get the long outer one on. Any one know any tricks?

What I do is loop the belt around the compressor, under the tensioner, over the power steer pump, over the crank pulley and then up underneath towards the WP pulley. It will not fit over the WP pulley at that point. I then take a breaker bar/socket roll the tensioner all the way back to its stop, slip the belt the rest of the way over the WP pulley and release the tension... and done. No fighting with the belt.

I think the belt I got was a little too small. I finally got it on with the help of a buddy. We had to route it around all the pulley and then slip it under the tensioner. Major pain in the neck but it is finally on (the tensior is almost all the way up).
