Starting Problem

I recently pulled my engine, did some PM (replacing gaskets, lifters, etc.) and reinstalled it. I added a 70mm BBK TB and used the stock electronics. Now it is having trouble starting and running. It has only run twice, both time at high rpm. After I shut it down, the engine turns over constantly but does not run. I have checked all the electronic connections, even replaced the coil pack. Any suggestions?

Thank you!

is this an upgrade or replacement? what size maf are you running? you need to match both up, and if its an ugrade from the stock tb then you will require a retune of the eec. the extreme change of air flow is to much for adaptive learning to take care of on its own.

did you check the codes yet?
did you calibrate the tps?
did you calibrate the idle adjust screw with the iac disconnected? and if so are you sure your iac is functioning properly?
did you port match the intake plenum to the new tb diameter?
did you ensure you used the proper tube for the maf(if matched to the tb)

also what all else did you replace?
