rattling rear end

I'll do my best to describe this. It's a light clunk. But its very sensative. Almost like a golfball is in the bumper cover. It doesnt take a bump to cause the noise. Road variations will cause it. Exhaust is tight, driveshaft and pinion are tight. The control arm bushings are a little rough. I could maybe see them clunking over bumps, maybe. Is there any common failures that would cause this? I am not even sure how to locate it. Short or riding in the trunk and having someone drive, i cant seem to reproduce the noise
