Wanted: SC around Oklahoma area

I don't know of any around right know. But check craigslist or autotrader.

I'm willing to make repairs but nothing that could potentially cost more than the car is worth unless the car is very cheap.

THIS IS NOT TE RIGHT CAR FOR YOU IF YOU WANT A AFORDABLE DRIVER. because the repairs can quickly reach past the cost of the blue book on these cars. they are for people who want a project car and have the money or with no ideas of getting rid of the car. or as i call a lifer or forever a sc owner.
 
94/95's had the 4R70W, not the AOD.

And disregard Jason - I've had my 90 5spd for a year without any problems with it and have driven it daily. If the car has been built, and was done right, it should last quite a while.

Things I'd watch out for - harmonic balancer and headgaskets. Those seem to be the 2 biggest problems for the cars. I would think being as far as south as you are, rust wouldn't be a big problem like it is up here.
