I'm contemplating whether or not to have an upholstery shop fix my back seat or maybe I can have a good one mailed to me for cheaper?

Has anyone had their back seat repaired at an upholstery shop, if so how much?

Does anyone have a back seat for me? It's from a 95 SC and the color is gray.
Here is a picture, price shipped to 80013

Thanks,

I just went to the upholstery shop yesterday. They quoted me a price of $200 to repair the top piece of the "horseshoe". The replacement would be a matching vinyl piece, not leather. The would graft the repair and make the seam for the repair match the area where the rear seats fold down. I am not sure if I am going to go that route or not. I would rather have an OEM replacement if I could find one.

That's what I'm afraid of, two hundred smackers is a bit of dough for a cosmetic defect.

Does anyone have a seat they would be willing to ship?

Mine looks exactly the same....I bet buying the whole part would be more then $200 though unless you find some one here parting a car out in good shape.

Na, someone would be willing to part with one for under 200$ I would think.

It's a tuff find I'm know, figured I'd give it a shot before I took the next step.

I purchased a completed set from a company in Iowa. They were great to work with. Sent color samples. They have both leather and vinyl kits available. http://www.auto-interior.com/index.html
