A buddy of mine talked me into going grudge night racing this pass Friday 03/04. I tech in and get in line ready to go. ET streets were at 17 lbs....heated the tires (at least thought I did). Get set at the line and bring the rpms up and launch (spin) got off the gas and then take off.

I was going to call it a night after that run, but with the new best and tire spin I thought if I heat the tires up better I can improve. So I go back for run five.

After that run called it a night.....it was getting cold plus late and I had an hour ride home. I was happy and sad at the same time. Happy I made a new best and the car stayed together.....sad I didn't get the 12 sec slip I wanted. I need a higher stall converter. A couple of the passes where I red lighted was due to the car over powering the brakes and the stall only going to 2200-2400. I also watch the wide o2 band.....I was running 11.4-11.3 during the run. I will try and scan the slips later today. I tried to have my son video the runs, but with it being at night they did not turn out.
