vibration reducing spray

has anyone ever heard of this stuff, used it, or seen it being used?

im sorry, i forgot to add the intended purpose. to spray the sub-frames, control arms, under side, door pnls, ext to reduce even more road noise.

They say that product is for computer cases, etc.

Why not use this, instead?
