4.6 budget oil cooler install

If you have ever changed an oil filter on a 4.6 car you will know why I did this. The biggest cost on doing it is the hoses. You can use the rubber hoses, but they are not very durable. I found an inexpensive solution in 1/2 aluminum with 45° flare fittings. I have less than $50 in this project not including the oil filter. It is about 1.5 inches above the low part of the subframe. I did the comparison to another car to decide where to mount it. I will probably get some an hoses and run a cooler eventually, but for now the aluminum should be a trouble free setup.

Just realized I put cooler in the title, meant to say remote filter.
