Stuck spindle bolts

Read through a few old posts and seen this is a common problem. The rear passenger lower spindle bolts are seized to the inner metal bushing.

I tried the sawzall but it's chewing up blades. I can't get a feel for the pressure. I'm sticking it between the bushing and control arm. Melting the bushing and overheating the blade. Tried propane but it's just not hot enough.

Tried c clamp and hammer. It spins the metal bushing inside the rubber when I turn it. I read a post where someone cut the spindle off to get a better angle but I'd like to try to stay away from that.

You think mapp gas will work? I don't want the bushing to just catch fire.

It's been soaking about 3 days now with pb blaster.
