speedo needle

Had a nice 145 speedo for my 93, but unfortunately ended up breaking the needle attempting to remove it to match the mileage on my original speedo. I've done this before on previous speedos, but this time the needle just would not budge. The needle is off, but it looks like the pin from the needle is still on the gauge? Any suggustions on how to get this off and does anyone have replacement needles. I know I could use the needle from my original speedo, but I dont want to risk breaking it. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I still have a few speedo needles left.....

Do you still have a speedo needle? I did a lot of searching on here before I broke mine. Not once did anyone mention it was splined. I actually broke mine using a plastic fork. I did see here about the pin left in the gauge. Does it come out or is it part of the gauge? If you have one, how much shipped to 43410?
