help im stumped

ok 94 sc i have put a new block into my bird got everything hooked up besides the exaust and o2s now i have started the car just for a sec and now it wont start... i checked the spark got spark checked the injector pulse bam no injector pulse now i know i had it befor why not now (note car has sat for 8 months thinking maybe bad crank sensor)

New block....did you paint anything? Like accessory brackets? If so, clean off where they contact the block to insure good ground.

As well, check the ground straps, like the one from the right side mount to the body. Replace them is best idea.
