Hard or Stiff Steering

Hi all,
I'm hoping that there is a solution.

So, I've read most of the topics related to:
Loose steering
Lack of road feel around corners
Loss of control
Pulsations while turning
Gremlins... tugging at the steering wheel (opposite of the turn direction) while in a long sweeping turn

All Member responses that I have found, point to the fact that all negative inputs (or faults) to the steering control result in a (default) situation where power steering results in maximum power steering assist; the driver has little road feel or control... Too much assist!!! I personally do not like this default.

So my question is a simple one...

How does one lock in the most resistive steering setting of the variable assist setting? Then, i think I can deal with it. ie. drill and pin it. Just a thought

Thanks, Paul

Or send a modified signal somewhere...
