The module behind the passenger headlight or whatever on a 89 SC I just bought the module is making a noise when you turn the key on Anyone know what it could be.

If you're talking about the IRCM, it's called the IRCM. Which stands for Integrated Relay Control Module.

If I'm not mistaken, your choices are either junkyards or, if you're lucky, the Ford dealership.

Or replace it one relay at a time - I think there's a note or two from ... DirtyD0g IIRC ... on doing that.
