Super charger making noise

My supercharger has 115k on it and it sounds like it is grinding a bit. Have any of you guys done the rebuild kit? What do you all suggest?
 
spinning wheels has a rebuild kit that is pretty decent i think its 150 for everything

some say not to rebuild the rotor pack but i have had no issues with rebuilt ones granted it only has 5k on it

not that hard to rebuild either
 
You definitely have a worn out coupler.....

Very easy to replace and you might as well install a new snout seal at the same time.....
