Question on driver's side PCV Valve

The PCV valve on the drivers side is just an elbow. Is this correct?

My manual says this connects to the air inlet pipe between the MAF and Throttle body.

Is that correct?

Thanks in advance

That's what I like about this forum.

Post a question, go put towels in the washing machine, come back and you have an answer!

thanks

Actually IIRC the PCV valve is on the pass side toward the firewall on the valve cover, and the breather tube runs across the top of the motor from the drivers side through a molded plastic line, under the SC snout and hooks into the rubber tube between the MAF and the throttle body. There is no valve in that line.

My car is not here for me to verify, but I don't recall exactly where the PCV hooked into at....

The drivers side is the inlet of the system. The actual valve is on the passenger side and connects to the plenum behind the egr ( if equiped). And yes it connects between the maf and tb. Its an empty plastic elbow.
