I'm running a 10% od jackshaft pulley and a 10% od crankshaft pulley. What length of belt do i need to run from the crank pulley to the jackshaft pulley? If you can give me a part number too that would be great.
Some use this.
NAPA which was part # 25-080435, it is an 8 rib belt that is 43.5"
I only run Micro V belts for the JS to SC.
Otherwise you are going to at least want a gates belt. Maybe email DD and he will get you the exact info.

You can't use the 8 rib belt unless your jackshaft pulley was machined to accept an extra rib. The MP 10% crank pulley includes the extra rib, but the only jackshaft pulley I've seen with an extra rib for the crank belt is the ESM 10 rib jackshaft pulley.
