injector question?

im adding mpII sc, mp plenum, raised top, 10% pulley, 85mm tb, and 73mm maf, and i have full exhaust. I plan on getting a 255 walbro fuel pump. I was just wondering if 38# injectors that flow 19lbs per hour would be ok to use. the reason i ask i because i can get them for free

when i talked to charles warner with MP he said if i wanted to use 38# he said nothing more than 5% OD pulley

If you want a 10% he said to get 42# injectors
