I'm home now too. Took a little whole longer then expected. Had to unload the truck and trailer and figure out why my mom's car wasn't starting. But got to enjoy a nice meal before coming home.

home too...was fine, then the rain hit...I guess it rained all day in Indy...we are lucky we had such a great day. Hubby and I stopped and enjoyed a dinner and then we had to pick up the kids and drop the trailer. My headlights suck, my tires suck and defrost could be better.

ooohhh while getting gas a young kid wanted to buy my car!!! He loved it and we talked for a short bit and I told him about sccoa and ours cars. He was obviously more of the ricer crowd but said he would like something no one else has...so maybe, he'll check us out. It feels good to eddycate those youngings bout our cars:)

Just pulled in, eyes were getting a little tired. Well, a little more tired as they seem to have spent most of the weekend - well - tired.

:)

I can't believe another Shootout is again behind us. Wow.

Just made it home. I feel bad because I only caught the last 3 hours or so of the entire thing due to unforeseen events. I didn't really get to meet anyone (sorry Mel!). :( Nonetheless, it was pretty cool! I'll be sure to make it for realz next year, since it will be the last pre-apocalyptic SC Shootout.

I got in minneapolis around 7:30am yesterday. 12 hour drives are always tough on the way home, you get very "loopy" but cant wait to do it again next year.

Loaded up in the rain this morning at the hotel, which sucked:mad: Made it home and emptied all of the stuff out of both the car and Expedition. Now I just need to unload the car off the trailer, park the trailer and cut the grass.

Pouring rain this morning untill well after indy. Pouring rain in Illinois almost to Des Moines. Interstate 80 between Des Moines and Omaha shut down due to accident but finally put the car to bed here in sunny Omaha and heading home. What a great time with great people. Cant say enough about everyone there and all the work some did preparing the food, show and track day. Thank you all

Got back to home just after 4:00 PM here in Mississauga. Drove most of the way in some kind of rain. Going to take til next year to get the car clean again. Stopped a couple of times to chase a rattle in the junk we were hauling home. Was driving both me and ED nuts! The bad weather followed the way we were going.
Looking forward to sleeping in my own bed with correct pillows.
Huge thanks go out to the Dalke family. Without them doing this we would not have as much fun.
Also huge thanks to all others that pitched in with helping the event. It is truely appreciated.
I'll do my best between now and next year to get a larger Canadian contingent together. Mr. Ludorf will be down to pick up his car for sure.
It was great to see y'all again.

We just arrived home a few minutes ago. It was a sleep deprived weekend but it was well worth it. It was nice to see everybody again and meet some new people too. It was my families first shootout and they had a great time. I would like to thank everybody for making them feel welcome. This group is the best car club I have ever been involved with.

Thanks to David, Connie, Phil, Andrew and Rachael for letting my family invade their home while we worked on the car into the night. David I also need to thank you for getting my wife addicted to you car. My daughter also wants an sc.

Thank to all the others that devoted their weekend to making the weekend so enjoyable.

We look forward to Next year

John ,Jen, Allison and Dale

By the turn (application). I'm not looking to rip anyone off.

Did I forget to mention that with a little imagination it can be converted and used as an anniversary gift? ;)

Tanya and I made it home at 3:00 am Monday morning. We just decided to drive straight through instead of stopping and spending the night. For me, that's TBU Hardcore style. I look forward to seeing everyone again next year.

(not to be confused with cooties) to all who supported our group. Outstanding! Only my 2nd year but enjoyed every minute of it. Well, changing a blown tire in that storm at night wasn't in the plans but, at least I had a spare. Got to get in on the racing action next year.

Nice meeting you Danny. That MP 10% crank pulley you won at the raffle will be a good addition to your car.
