interesting

Those snouts can really change the game up. I can really see mpx guys benefiting alot.

Has anyone ever tried installing a small air. To water heat exchanged on the outlet hat for a supercoupe

Those are made for Cobra or Lightning M112 blowers with a liquid IC system, not going to work on an M90 with an air to air IC.

It would not be hard to install a small heat exchanger and pump tho.

Isn't the rear bearings the ones having the issues more than the snout bearings?

From what they are saying its the temp difference between the front of the blower and the rear of the blower that is pushing the rotor pack into the case.

It was my thought that a small air water intercooler right after the charger combined with the factory air to air would result in a very good drop in charge temps and then using a tank with ice water would be even more ideal then. From that point a I think. The next logical step would be a front mount
If anyone has a old style raised top that uses a spacer rather than the newer type top I would be willing to start developing something for us

Several people have already done liquid IC systems on their SCs, that use a heat exchanger for daily driving and ice can be added to the coolant tank for racing. Here are some links with pictures to a couple air to liquid intercooler systems. Ditch the factory IC, because it's not going to flow well enough.

damn i need to pay the dues on here so i can see more stuff and not get blocked.
is it worth it to encase the stock intercooler and use it as the core and plumb it for water or is that a waste of time due to the flow rate of the stock cooler ?

You can not turn a stock intercooler in to a water to air intercooler, its easier just to buy one.
