Does is matter which valve cover the PCV valve goes in??

It doesn't seem to me like it should matter.

I would think it does. If the supercharger vac plenum was to ever push air back into the system the PCV won't be there to restrict it.

Is my thought process wrong here? Could be :)

I would think that you could move it to the drivers side if you wanted, but should then move the "breather" tube (connects to the intake tube) to the passenger valve cover. That way, the passenger side gets any crankcase fumes pulled through too.

If both the breather tube and the PCV are in the same cover, you would basically be bypassing the system through that cover.

Matt....yes defiantely. I guess I wasn't to clear but I would move the tubes as well. If the PCV was in the driver side, that tube would connect to the plenum and the passenger side tube would connect to fresh air.

I need a little extra clearance under my new blower plenum...the pvc valve in the passenger side valve cover is hitting the bottom of the plenum.
