Primer

I have primer painted inro my car, right on top of the clear coat and want to remove it. I have been using gasoline in a squirt bottle and seems t work great on most of it. The other part of the primer is putting up a fight. I want to know the best way to remove it without destroying the clear coat past the point it can be wet sanded, buffed clay barred and waxed.
Also, my front and back bumpers were primered and it is sticking perfect, question I have is, if I sand the primer down and than use black rubber bumber paint will it hold up until fall when she goes to get repainted?
Also the ram air hood is in good primer, how to I go about getting it to look shiny black.
It doesnt have to be a great job since it is being undone this fall/winter. Just want her to be all one color.
Thanks,
Martt
