Just saying thanks

Thank you to everyone on these forums. I have come to depend on this place for advice.

I've been having trouble with the brakes going out on and off and the problem was getting worse. I started poking around at the ABS relays but they looked good. After reading some here I saw the talk about ignition switches and remembered that after I had brought it out for the summer that it had to be started with a screw driver twice. So I pulled the covers off the steering wheel and found the switch was coming open. Now it is fixed and I am back on the road again.

Gotta love those easy fixes.....

It was even more useful than I expected. The wife's van went into the shop today for an expensive misfire . She asked a couple of times if the car as O.K. to drive. Because of the quality of advice one here from folks like the-Big-E. and Dr. Fishbone I knew it was.

Had the same problem with my 89 SC when I bought. It fixed a lot of misc. electrical problems. Glad you're on the road again.
