tire question again, yes I know forgive me

so this dang computer at work will not let me search, it just comes up with a blank screen.. but just a quick question..

who runs 2004 mustang cobra wheels (not cobra r) with 275-40-17 tires. do they clear with no major issues.

will they fit front and rear.

thanks I need to get my tires ordered today to get a deal my dealership is putting on.

With factory springs and shocks on a 90 you should have 3"+ of clearance.

Are you talking replica Cobra wheels with MN12 +36 offset? If so, good on the rear, probably tight on the front, a small spacer might be needed.

If they are OEM Cobra wheels, +26 offset, being used with a bolt pattern conversion, then they will be likely to rub on the fender lips. That will depend on ride height and stiffness of the suspension.

Going the conversion route. the rims I have a 17x9x26mm Thats what is stamped on back of spoke they are factory ford rims

I have two factory ones and was going to get two more from Late Model restroration.
