Asking $175 OBO. Shipping is free. This is for a shortly-used Hypertech Chip for use on stock or near-stock cars. Minor performance increases, and good for 5% pulleys.

Among other things, the chip removes the speed limiter, increases the injector rate by 10% across the RPM band, and retards timing by 2* (Hence use under pulley'd cars.)

Includes all mounting hardware & Instruction booklet.

What does under drive pullies have to do with these changes?

You don't get it. Under drive isn't OD. Under drive is UD. Over drive is OD. On these cars UD is used on the water pump alternator and crankshaft to spin the accessories slower. Now OD on these cars is done on the supercharger or jack shaft.

Your chip can't work on any automatic. There are different EEC's and you can't just put it on any one.

If you search the forum you will find the chip sold used WAY les than you are asking years ago.

You're completely misunderstanding the sentence. I'm not saying underdrive pulley, I'm saying it works well UNDER pulley'd cars.

IE: It works well UNDER a car with an OVERDRIVEN blower.

Regardless; Price reduction. $100 OBO now, part must go.
