crank bolt snap # 5 getting old

extraction # 5 on a positive note i can do this in under an hour. i really cant figure whats up with this ... could not getting torque to 120 lbs be a factor ? balancer is fine .. crank snout has a couple blemishes from previous balancer sleeve removal interference fit seems fine. i just dont know

Are you reusing the same stock balancer every time? If so, that is likely your problem. I think it is time to invest in a new balancer, or even upgrade to a BHJ balancer.

no this is a new stock balancer ive been through 2 used balancers and another new balancer that i screwed up upon installation.. this balancer seems perfect only been on about a 1000 miles. funny thing is ive already spent 400.00 and could have bought a bhj the first time.. live and learn.. of course i cant afford a bhj now as usual.. just going to throw a new bolt on and sell the car. and start over....with a variety of new issues im tired of this issue,, actually do have it on craigs list now anyway
