any one know what this is or goes to

on 94 auto comes down just under the starter not a lot of room to go far i just dont see anything with three prongs

factory wiring just dumps out in front of the starter engine heater seems logical maybe car came from up north but i got it in fl.
actually has the factory skirt from the radiator to sway bay and two factory chin spoilers.. and its the first time ive seen a factory 10 disc changer in the trunk
 
Definitely looks like a block heater plug, look at the freeze plug by the knock sensor.

My '94 came with the 10 disc cd changer in the trunk, I removed the whole sound system and it's for sale.
