New 95 SC owner - Help needed !

Anyone know a good S.C. mechanic in area of Tampa Fl, preferably one who makes house calls. Bought a 95 that was supposed to run, previous owner had removed gas tank to replace the pump but never did. I replaced and put back together, now have gas to the fuel rails and fire to the plugs but makes no attempt to fire up. In over my head I think.
