Blower RPM's Questions

I'm looking to find out the max RPM of the M90. Is there a difference in the '89-'90 and the '94-95's.

I'd also like to find a forumla to find the RPM of the blower.

Does a 5-10% pulley on the blower overdrive the blower by 5-10% or is it 5-10% smaller in diameter.

I have a '95 with a 10% on it now. I'd like to know if the 10% jackshaft from ESM would be a good upgrade. Yes my car CAN handle the boost(I think anyway).

Thanks in advance.

I believe the Maximum sustainable RPMs of the M-90 are 12,000, but I could be wrong. Unfortunatley I also no longer remember what rpms it spins @ 5500. The '94-'95 blowers have epoxy coated rotors. This allowed Eaton to space the rotors closer together, and increase efficiency by reducing pumping losses. I believe the top was also optimized for more flow. Then Eaton put a larger pulley on the blower, underdriving it approx. 3%.
