Mk8 Driveshaft swap!Auto

I picked up one of these at the Shootout....and did some
searching around n just want to confirm about
just having to change yokes for the automatics and it
will work fine?

I'm pretty sure you have to shorten the shaft. At least thats what I had to do with the 4r70w. looks like its .4" longer that what you have. It may work with just a yolk change. See how much space you have on the shaft now from the yoke to the tail shaft seal on the trans.

I swapped in an Mark shaft in the my car with no issues, then I changed transmissions and then had to get it shortened... I would check it, then you do have to swap on the AOD yoke, the 4R yokes is much beefier.
