Fuel cell question

I am getting ready to install my fuel cell in my SC, I want to make sure it NHRA approved. While reading the rules I found it says

"When used fuel cells must have a metal box protecting the part of the fuel cell that is outside of the body lines OR TRUNK FLOOR excluding hose connection area in rear"

I plan to do what most has here, cut out the trunk floor drop the plastic tank in and plumb it up. Does this mean I have to enclose the bottom with tin from the photos I have found here no one else has?

I put an aluminum skid plate that completely covered bottom of mine. I don't have a pic of it though

This is what I did for mine I used a container from here http://www.allstarperformance.com/specSheets/pdf/316.pdf

Keep in mind i went with a larger 22 gallon cell on mine while others have used much smaller cells. Also you need fuel cell straps(which I still need to install), a firewall, and a cut off switch if you plan on running it at the track.

Thanks guys, I thought maybe I was reading wrong. I am installing a firewall behind the rear seat. After doing some checking I think I am going to modify the spare tire holder to mount the tank in.
