Torque Strut

This isnt originially my idea for the most part. I just improved on it some. I bought a cougar from a member on on this board sometime back. He had done a bunch of work to it. What he had done was to make a adjustable torque strut that went from the engine to a eyelet that was welded to the subframe. Problem with that was that the car was rough to drive with no rubber in between. Plus, I figure despite the bracket with all the other bolts, it would probly still wear the bolt hole out in the head that way. Well, i wrecked the car, and Im working on another. So, I cut the eyelet out of the subframe, peared it down, cut a generic poly end link down then welded them together. The car shouldnt be as rough, and it wont break mounts, or hit things. Figure I would post it for anyone looking for ideas.
