Plug Gap

The manuals call for a .054 plug gap. That sure seems kind of big. Is this the gap most people are using? Should it be different with a more modified engine? What gap is everyone using and how is it working for you?

Thanks

I've ran a few different gaps. It seems that the plugs last longer running a narrow gap when running higher boost levels. A lot of guys are running .048 with good success. Last time I changed mine I did .050.

I have no problems with them at this setting with a 10%+ pulley.
