Door sag

The driver door on my '94 SC is drooping so badly that the upper corner of the door hits the frame of the car when closing. What is the easiest way to fix this? Are new bolt-on hinges available?

I just fixed my sagging drivers door 2 weeks ago. In my case it was the top hinge that had a lot of slop in it but I fixed both hinge pins. I highly recommend you replace the upper too.

Go to your local auto parts store and pick up a Dorman 38438 to fix the upper hinge too. That dorman part fits both the upper & lower hinge. I plan on tackling my passenger hinges next week.

Oh, and you don't need to remove the whole hinge to do the job properly. There are other instructions that involve removing the pin on the car and just removing the door side of the hinge. It's a lot easier that way!
