stalls at stops when hot

I transplanted this 3.8sc drivetrain with an AOD into an old maverick, Runs and drives great, once it gets up to temp it stalls while slowing down to stop. I've tried shifting to neutral and it still stumbles and stalls. nothing really helps.

I've read to relearn the idle... Is that just unhooking and re hooking battery and allow to idle for 10 mins?

to check O2 sensors, as once in open loop they will affect the fuel trim.

I checked and have added grease to the DIS module.

Has original IAC and CKP sensors

Has new CMP and Cam synchronizer. Also has new CompCams camshaft.

I dont remember it doing this prior to the transplant. but didnt drive the car much as the headgaskets were bad.

I did replace one of the o2 sensors with a used one as I damaged it.

Could I unplug the o2's and see if it goes away?

Also it has less power when warm-noticible.

Any help please??!!

Could be a vacuum leak. They caused stalling problems with my car. Try and fog/smoke the motor through the throttle body and see if you can see any leaks. This would be a good place to start.
