Book Time

Is anyone aware of flate rate or book time to R&R the following items ?

  • driver side window
  • passenger window
  • rear passenger triangle window
  • rear passenger armrest assembly (complete)

I am trying to get a idea of shop time required for insurance purposes. :(

No. But I could tell you how long it would take me. Lets say the window was broken and needed replacment and I had the new glass in hand, I would estimate 1-1/2 conservative hours for me to do the job per side. For the rear window glass, it would take me 3/4 hour again with new glass in hand. You have to take the interior panel off to get to it. That means taking the whole rear seat out and a dozen screws. That would be the proper time to install your new arm rest which adds maybe 15minutes?

So all total, looks like 4 hours for someone who is experienced.

Thank You, very much for taking time to reply.
Sounds about right. Seems one has to really know what they are doing to complete under flat rate time.

More of a question than an answer.

I thought the rear qtr windows were sealed.

Cut with piano wire or heat the frame with a torch and hope for the best.

Still having to remove rear trim.
