I spent a while looking thru the forums, but didn't find anyone with quite this problem.
My factory temperature gauge comes up to about top dead center when warm, the temp varies slightly when the fan kicks in - seems okay. Under boost, the temperature gauge drops, almost in sync with the boost pressure coming up. Under full boost acceleration, the temp will drop down near the "C". I cannot imagine the temperature is dropping this quick, when I am pushing in the air harder. Doesn't make sense.
I recently bought the car, and haven't worked over the engine much.
I have not seen any leaking fluid, the anti-freeze seems reasonably clean, and the car runs well. On my factory boost gauge I can push it close to 15 psi.
Anyone ever see this?
