Got a call from the hotel last week.
need someone from SCCoA to be the point of contact for the hotel for next year.
PM me a name and Ph# so I can give it to the hotel.
They need to get contracts signed to lock in room #s at special rates.
I will not be the hotel coordinator in 2014.
